At the very outset, I would like to convey my sincere greetings to the women of our country and the world on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

01. I welcome all of you to the historic Rashtrapati Bhavan. You have just entered into a new career which will give you an opportunity to shoulder immense responsibilities at a young age.

1. It gives me immense pleasure to be here today at Air Force Station Jamnagar, one of the oldest and premier air bases of the Indian Air Force, to award the ‘President’s Standard’ to 119 Helicopter Unit and Colours to 28 Equipment Depot.

I extend a very warm welcome to the delegates for the Festival of Innovation, 2016 and the Global Roundtable on Inclusive Innovations.

1.I am delighted to join this distinguished gathering of judges, legal luminaries, members of the Bar and other dignitaries for the inauguration of the sesquicentennial celebrations of the Allahabad High Court.

I am delighted to be here at ‘India Aviation 2016’, which is the confluence of industry leaders of the civil aviation sector from India and across the globe.

1.I am happy to attend this summarization session of the Roundtable on "financing of innovations” with leaders of the banking and finance industry. This Round-table is a part of the ongoing Festival of Innovations 2016.

1.First of all, I would like to congratulate all the participants of this Hackathon for Social Innovations which was held today. I am told that they all arrived quite early this morning to participate in this twelve-hour long event.

1.I am happy to be here this afternoon for the first convocation of Swami Rama Himalayan University. From my brief observation, I find that this campus represents a clean, green and serene setting for imparting higher education.
